Bittersweet news. ❤️

We're moving the office from Shaw to our new home on The Hill!

We'll definitely miss sharing a space with studio Mc Thanks for being such great neighbors and collaborators—we're looking forward to working together much more in the future.

We're also excited for what's next. Our new office is in the Big Club Hall building, at 5200 Shaw, surrounded by an incredible community of architects, designers, artists, and other creative people. It feels like the perfect place for our next chapter.

If you're in the neighborhood, come say hello! Let's grab a coffee across the street at Shaw's Coffee Ltd or meet up for happy hour sushi at sado.stl

Pappas House tour today. This was one of Frank Lloyd Wright's last homes and it's located in town & country just south of highway 40. The whole home was built of cast concrete forms for both the walls and roof. The house was a beautiful contrast of light / dark, grand / intimate, natural and man made materials.

Rafters are going up at Farmer's Market. The intimate courtyard is starting to take shape and in decorative screens will start getting fabricated in the coming weeks to build off of the great design work of the students at in collaboration with and .

Site visit to Bates & Idaho Reno today. Demo done and framing coming soon for this adaptive reuse of a beautiful historic building ready for some new life. We're excited to work with on this exciting project. Stay tuned 😲

Going back to our archives we found this inspiring attic renovation from 2018 where budgets were right and we had to fit in a new primary suite into a cramped, dark attic. We carved up the eaves and added skylights wherever we could to make this attic into a lofty sanctuary on a budget.

Everything Under the Sun. Nearing completion in the is a sculpture designed in collaboration with and the rest of Team Sun! As a part of Design Openings program in conjunction with the good folks from and were excited to share that construction is nearly complete and more details are to come in 2026 about more events and goings on with "Everything Under the Sun". Shout out again to for his vision and hard work along with everyone involved so far. Looking forward to seeing you all at the opening in 2026!
