WoodRidge Custom Homes was founded by Lynn Romans in 2006 where he began building extraordinary custom homes in the Suncadia Resort community and in the surrounding areas of Kittitas county. Lynn has more than 35 years of experience in construction, finance and business management and is proud of the friendships he's developed with clients and suppliers along the way. WoodRidge was the first custom home contractor named Suncadia Feature Home Builder in 2012. Our company has grown substantially since then, with an impressive 100+ homes built in the Suncadia community alone. Managing Partner Cliff Melby joined WoodRidge in 2017 and brings a tremendous amount of business experience to our portfolio. With years of management and leadership skills, Cliff's role as Managing Partner with WoodRidge is a natural fit, and has proven to be vital to the growth and success of the company. We pride ourselves in constructing quality homes on budget and on time, while developing honest, ethical and hard working employees who believe in uncompromising integrity.
