The cages are all empty, all remaining bulk inventory is scheduled for delivery, and the yard is quickly being cleaned up.

We have been happy to serve hundreds of customers and delivered thousands of cords over the last nearly two decades but the time has come to hang it up.

Thanks, I really appreciate getting shorted for my product. At least you covered the cost of the packaging but it would be nice if you would’ve covered the labor as well as the cost of the wood.

I guess I should be thankful that I’m still under $1000 in total theft this year

Deliveries are rolling out pretty steady and the yard is getting pretty empty. We have reach the point of adding orders to a waiting list as we are unsure of exactly what we have left. We do have a couple orders that we haven’t received confirmation on but if we do get confirmation on those in the next week or two we expect to be sold out of all our hardwoods before Labor Day.

Gradually working through the last of our remaining inventory. This particular run of mixed hardwoods is actually logs from the 2019 tornadoes that went through just north of us. Those logs have been in my yard since 2021 unfortunately there were several log piles in front of them until this last winter. Only have a few more small piles to wrap up before we can finish seeding down the wood lot as part of our reclamation process

I’ve had a few people ask why we aren’t open Monday through Wednesday anymore and there’s a real simple answer. We have taken on a MASSIVE project two hours north of the yard and are working and staying up there those days. We do still offer self serve Monday through Wednesday but will not be around to load those days.

Friendly reminder we do have cameras on the property as well as people who will check on the yard regularly when I’m out of town
