🚧 Grinder Pump Installation & Sewer Connection — Clearfield, PA 🚧

Another sewer project completed by Pioneer Dirt Works in Clearfield, PA!

For this homeowner, our team installed a new grinder pump system and connected it into the existing gravity sewer line. We also ran the pressurized sewer pipe inside 3-inch protective conduit to help protect the line and provide added durability.

Once the installation was complete, we backfilled the excavation and finished the area with seed and mulch for stabilization, leaving the property ready to grow back and recover.

💯 Another Happy Customer, Another Smooth Driveway!

Pioneer Dirt Works recently completed a driveway excavation and improvement project in Morrisdale, PA.

The existing driveway was filled with potholes, uneven areas, and poor leveling, making for a rough and uncomfortable ride.

Our team reworked the driveway pad, corrected the uneven areas, improved the grading and leveling, and created a fresh, smooth driving surface for a much-needed driveway upgrade.

The result is a driveway that is smoother, more even, and built for everyday use.

🚜 Project Update – Morrisdale, PA 🚜

Every successful construction project starts with proper site preparation, and that’s exactly what we’ve been working on in Morrisdale, PA.

For Part 1 of this residential project, our crew:

✅ Stripped the topsoil from the building site
✅ Excavated and prepared the foundation area
✅ Installed the stone base beneath the basement floor and around the Form-A-Drain system
✅ Cut the existing bank back to create a smoother, more gradual slope that’s easier to maintain and mow for years to come
✅ Left the site ready for the next stage of construction

With the groundwork complete, we’re now waiting for the foundation walls to be poured and for the home to be set. Once that’s complete, we’ll be back for Part 2 to handle the backfilling, final grading, and put the finishing touches on the property.

We enjoy sharing every stage of our projects because quality excavation isn’t just about the finished result—it’s about doing every step the right way. From the first bucket of topsoil to the final grade, attention to detail is what sets every project up for success.
