We’re growing again and need a “Director of First Impressions” to join our team at Gilliland Landscape!

Are you someone who loves creating a warm, professional welcome? Do you thrive on handling client communications, answering phones with a smile in your voice, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? This could be your perfect fit.

This role moves fast—our days are busy and filled with variety, so you’ll need to be adaptable, quick on your feet, and ready to juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude. It’s a demanding role, but for the right person, it’s energizing and rewarding.

You’ll be taking many of the general administrative and client-facing duties off our current office manager’s plate so she can focus on bigger projects. We’re busy and need a strong, friendly presence on the front lines to help us exceed client expectations every day.
