Late 2014 - Early 2015 Project:

Loadstone Park - 6200 West 6200 South. Cut fill site to build play areas and detention ponds, run storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, grade for Courts (basketball, pickle-ball, ect) grade for pavilions, asphalt sub-grade, walking paths, ect.

June 2016 - January 2017Approx 8 Acre site, stripping off 6" topsoil & stockpiling (later hauling 90% off) dealing with ...

Approx 8 Acre site, stripping off 6" topsoil & stockpiling (later hauling 90% off) dealing with water table at less than 4' deep (hence geo-piles, structural fabric & geo-grid....)

Project entailed Site SWPPP's, Earthwork, Site Utilities, Site Concrete, Building Concrete (w/ suspended 2nd floor,) and Asphalt.

United Contractors was the General Contractor for the project. AWESOME company to work with. Really stands above the normal here in Utah for contractors.

Challenging project including SWPPP's, Earthwork, Site Utilities, Site Concrete, Building Concrete, and Asphalt. Quite a few curveballs throughout the project... but working with United Contractors was a GREAT experience. Truly one of the great GC's in SLC / Utah.
