It’s all in preparation. Many companies sleeve pilings without the stretch wrap. This is like a bank vault without a door, it’s pretty much useless. The stretch wrap is the key to a properly wrapped piling. It’s prevents oxygen from flowing to the piling eliminating anything from living in and damaging the pile. We stretch wrap nearly 4 layers for extra protection. living

We are a growing marine construction business that is in need of a skilled office manager. Our projects typically consist of residential and commercial dock repairs, comprehensive inspections, accessory additions, and piling protection services.

This role is primarily a customer facing role. You will need to be able to handle many different tasks and be under medium to minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.

The ideal candidate would have a strong background in general office management, excellent organizational skills, time management, and scheduling proficiencies. Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required. We are more than willing to train the right candidate!

-Answer customer questions by phone and email.
-Send estimates, invoices, contracts, permitting paperwork, etc.
-Keep organized files physically and virtually.
-Create and update spreadsheets to log data, expenses, etc.
-Reconcile books in Quickbooks Online.
-Source and onboard new employees.
-Draft and update marketing materials, website, social media posts, etc.

The successful candidate will be energetic, organized and have a positive, can do attitude.
