✅ Demo (1 to 3 days): Fast, but it's also when hidden issues (plumbing, electrical, water damage) tend to surface
✅ Construction (4 to 10 weeks): The bulk of the timeline. Framing, rough-ins, cabinetry, and finishes all happen here
✅ Final Touches & Walkthrough (1 to 2 weeks): Punch list items, inspections, and making sure everything is done right
