Checking in on the start of a new project we are doing in Palm Harbor. Our team is diligently ripping off the current roof and re-roofing with peel and stick underlayment, Owens Corning Duration shingles. As a Sales project coordinator, we like to join the crew and project supervisor on the roof and make sure everything is going to plan.

Roof replacement going on over in Largo Florida! This client's roof has been leaking with the last few rain showers and wants to be protected for the upcoming hurricane season. They went with an Owens Corning Duration- Antique Silver! Stay tuned for the final product!

On this roof we noticed that the flat roof showcased tell tail signs that it was ponding water and this is a potential failure point for this roof system. We are taking care to build in a tapered system below, before we re-roof the flat deck this way we can be sure that water can shed from the area and prevent ponding. With this we ensure a more robust roofing system to protect this home for longer.
