It is extremely tough for such a lightweight piece of corrugated plastic. It weighs only 2 lbs. and will easily handle up to 60 lbs. It folds flat, to 1/4" thickness which enables a multitude of storage options. We are confident that after your first use, you will be stunned that something so simple, could be so effective. The Leaf&Lawn Chute is hands down, the most logical choice of paper lawnbag, holders/openers/inserts, ever created. We challenge ANY like product, that offers more features and benefits than this ingenious item does, AND, at a cost that doesn't require you to scratch your head. Although the Leaf&Lawn Chute was specifically created for 30 gallon paper leaf/lawn bags, it works incredibly well with 30-39 gallon plastic bags, when using in combination with the LeafEasy. After getting used to working with these products together, and faced with the daunting task of needing to bag up pile after pile of leaves, it is not unheard of to be able to overfill a 30g or 32gallon bag in less then 30 seconds, and only needing to bend over once! Our only regret at this point, is that we have not penetrated the retail world in a way that would enable the majority of the population to be able to acquire our great products at a cost and convenience that everyone could live with.
