A new AC change out for a 12-year-old system that had a refrigerant leak. With the age of the equipment and the cost of ongoing repairs, a new system was the best solution for long-term comfort, efficiency, and reliability. This system was not cooling due to a broken thermostat wire that was ran underground between the indoor and outdoor unit. The wire had broken due to age and corrosion.

A new wire was installed, tested system operations, and got the unit cooling properly again. ✅

System is now back online, cooling efficiently, and draining properly.
