Another roof brought back to life. 🏠🔨

This shed roof had reached the end of its lifespan with worn shingles, moss growth, and deteriorating decking. We stripped everything down, replaced the damaged wood, installed new underlayment, and finished it with brand-new architectural shingles for long-lasting protection and a fresh new look.

See what was hiding behind the wall.
Hidden moisture damage and mold were discovered behind this wall during demolition.

We safely removed the damaged drywall and insulation, treated the affected area, installed new insulation, and replaced the damaged wall section.(Last picture is NOT the finished product)

A little extra is the least we can do for our valued clients. What you see here is saggy old rafters, old over cut birds mouths, and rotted fascia 😰🥺

Now you’re looking at reinforced added gussets and sistered rafters leveled up and plained right to handle the corrected reinstallation of solar panels(spring time ☀️), standing to the test of time as well as any added weight winter throws its way ☃️ ❄️ 🥶

Wrapped in and water tight using the best from Home Depot and GAF, including the Algae Resistant Architectural shingles in that clean Shadow Pewter Gray.
Add in the pure white soffit and dimmable LED exterior lighting, this portion of the project is complete 🤌🏼

Schedule now for any urgent(we work with most homeowners insurance!) or non urgent repairs/renovations. ranging from TV wall mount installation, etc. with our handyman guys, 2-5 room turn overs with our spackle/painting crew, or full custom carpentry designed and built start to finish with your dream team at Nelly & Sons LLC. Typically, there’s a few things left out of the sales pitch for going solar ☀️ When installed improperly, thats the least of your concern! 😟
