When the power goes out, don't call anyone except Empowered Electrical Services!!! 😁
At 11:50 PM tonight, we received a call from a homeowner whose power was completely out. The utility technician was standing right there and reported that the main breaker was severely arcing and sparking. 🔥
The home was only 2 years old.
Something didn't seem right, so we immediately dispatched one of our team members.
Within 57 minutes of the call, Empowered was on-site.
After diagnosing the issue, we replaced the failed main breaker and restored power to the home. The repair itself took less than 20 minutes, but to that family, it meant everything.
They have children, and getting their air conditioning back on tonight was extremely important.
This is why we do what we do.
Not because it's easy.
Not because it's convenient.
But because families deserve to know that when an electrical emergency happens, someone is willing to answer the phone, show up, and get the job done. 💚
At 1:45 this morning, driving home after the call, we were reminded that restoring power is about more than electricity.
It's about restoring comfort.
