We were called out on this pool that had been green for 7 years with a request to have it ready for his guest in 7 days. Complete drain and acid wash and completely update the pool equipment with new pumps, blowers, filter and full automation. Seemed like a lot but we like a challenge. He gave us 7 days and we were done in 4.

Getting ready to start up this project. 19' Swim Spa by Dynasty Spas.
For this project we sat the 19' swim spa in the ground 30" to make it easily accessible for this homeowner.
This was done by making a Gunite vault to set the spa in and a Trex deck surround that could be removed if the spa ever needs maintenance or repairs.
Additionally, this project got stamped concrete inside a two-story screen enclosure, textured and painted walkways on the outside with a paver seating area and natural wood burning fire pit.

We'd like to thank Dynasty spas for making the ordering and shipping process from Tennessee a breeze.

Another beautifully finished pool project. Notice the tile in the trough of the spa for the best finished look. Some extra details about this job include small curb wall on the outside of the deck to keep the raised part of the back yard out and to cut cost versus other more expensive options, ultimately keeping the entire project flat and usable. Also, extra-large screen doors and 7' depth. (Tall customer).
