A fallen tree limb damaged the enclosure, so we replaced the bent metal and rebuilt the corner to make it solid again. The gutter was completely clogged and overflowing, so we cleared it out and got everything flowing properly.
We also ran into a couple failures. The tapcons and door kit didn’t hold up, so we replaced both to make sure everything was secure and functioning the way it should.
Most importantly… this space is now bug free again!

This roof was extremely brittle.
90% of the panels were original from almost 20 years ago. THAT is why we use Phifer screen!
