Hi everyone my name is Carlos Diaz-Ramirez! Me and my family are the proud owners of Diaz Mexican Restraunt! My adventure started when I was 14 years old washing dishes at my local restraunt, I came to enjoy working in the kitchen cooking,preparing and serving customers.I went to White County High School and after school I would go to work.I graduated in Class of 2021 and after I graduated I went and opened Cancun Express in Cleveland. I was the proud owner for 3 years by blessings of God I was given the opportunity to sell it and come to Clermont and try some luck. I am happy to serve you at Diaz Mexican Restraunt!
