HSB would like you to meet our Business Development Manager Andre Husain Jr!

Andre joined HSB in 2024 as the Business Development Manager. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Lake Erie College. He has a deep passion for business and is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with clients. Prior to joining HSB, Andre gained invaluable experience working for a local real estate investment company.
Outside of work, Andre enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and attending local Cleveland sporting events.

The Doctors and staff at Retina’s Associates of Cleveland's Middleburg Heights location were struggling with inefficiencies and capacity issues that directly impacted their patients. HSB was brought in to design a building expansion that doubled their footprint and to master plan the existing and new offices to maximize the patient experience. The enlarged reception area is enhanced by three skylights, the circulation patterns are better defined and the staff amenities are highlighted by an expansive break room. We are proud to have partnered with Retina on another location!

Our client, Swagelok, just unveiled plans for a new 200,000 sf distribution center on their Solon Campus! We kicked off this fast-paced project in January and presented it to the Solon Planning Commission yesterday. HSB Architects + Engineers is proud to be part of such a dynamic project team!

The distribution center will incorporate new technology and advanced logistics solutions to simplify process flow and enhance the organization’s product delivery capabilities.

HSB teamed up with JHUB, a joint initiative of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, to design and build three unique sukkahs (small huts for the Jewish holiday of Sukkot) on Wade Oval near the Cleveland Museum of Art. After many design and planning sessions, the results couldn't have been better! jHUB, University Circle Inc., and CWRU all plan to utilize these structures in the coming week for the Sukkot holiday.
