We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, full-time Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate new customers and opportunities for our growing construction business.
This is NOT a traditional sales job where you’re simply given a list of leads. Your job is to find opportunities, talk to customers, capture their information, and get qualified leads into our system.

📈 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Generate new customer leads
• Talk with homeowners and identify upcoming projects
• Capture customer information and project details
• Set up opportunities for our sales team
• Follow up with potential customers
• Enter leads accurately into our CRM
• Help generate business for projects such as siding, decks, fencing, roofing, windows, doors, HVAC, plumbing, generators and more
🎯 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Is outgoing and comfortable talking to people
• Has strong communication skills
• Is motivated by performance and earning bonuses
• Can identify a potential customer and start a conversation
• Is organized and follows through
• Has sales, customer service, retail, or construction experience — preferred but not required
