Check out our newest new construction project in Brooklyn! This infill spec home turned out exactly how we envisioned it, and we couldn’t be more proud of the finished product.

It took a great team and a lot of hard work to make it happen, and we’re excited to show everybody what’s next. In the meantime, somebody buy this tax abated housed!

This 2180 square feet Single Family home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located at 4232 Brookway Ln, Brooklyn, OH.

The boys wrapped up this bathroom renovation in Willoughby. Finally got around to posting the before and afters. Big upgrade!

The guys took out the old single door and window, moved the electrical, and installed this new prehung French door in Willoughby. A nice little project to wrap up before the weather gets too cold

Tile is complete at the Willoughby bath remodel. We will wrap up paint, built in pantry, and install the vanity/fixtures this week.

Tile is coming along nicely at this Willoughby bathroom. We took the entire space down to the studs and rebuilt it the right way. New tub, new shower, new toilet, fresh plumbing, and clean lines throughout. We’re also adding a custom built-in closet for towels to top it off

Home addition and kitchen remodel in Willoughby, Ohio.

This project involved a complete structural transformation of the rear portion of the home. The back wall was fully removed to create an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen and new living area.

The addition was constructed using Insulated Concrete Forms and spray foam insulation, meeting modern green building standards for energy efficiency and performance.

A new HVAC system was installed to optimize comfort and air quality throughout the space.

The existing hardwood floors were refinished and extended into the new addition, providing a consistent and timeless finish.

The result is a bright, functional, and energy-efficient home designed for modern living while preserving its original character.

• New composite stairs with handrails on the back doors
• Front porch handrail install
• New concrete walkway and driveway sections
• Storm door replacement
