After almost 38 years in the Cold Storage and Insulation business, we are being given the chance to grow and become an even more successful organization. These are clients that we have served for over 30 years and some new ones that were developed as a result of the change in food supply methods being developed in this country.
The problem that we are facing is the lack of younger motivated employees willing to work and learn a good trade that is well paying and rewarding. We have an excellent pay and benefit package as well as a profit sharing and retirement plan.
I am looking for 4-5 people who are either experienced in the construction trade as carpenters or are willing to learn the panel business while they work. We will absorb the cost to teach you the correct methods the first time. There is some travel involved as we do work for our clients' facilities in different states, but ALL costs are covered by the company, and per-diems eliminate out of pocket employee expenses.
Our field superintendents all have service trucks and fuel furnished and are completely stocked with the large hand tools needed to build a project.
