Thirty years ago, my dad started a company with little more than a willingness to work and the determination to make something better for his family.
No fancy equipment.
No shortcuts.
Just hard work, long days, and the belief that if you use what you've got, you can build something that lasts.
I was lucky enough to grow up inside that world.
