Heavy rain was bringing water into this unfinished Manalapan, New Jersey basement, and the space also had mold concerns, block foundation walls, and an old Bilco door that was rusty and leaking. Our team at Quality 1st tackled the moisture concerns from several angles. We installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter and connected it to a TripleSafe sump pump to collect and remove groundwater. CleanSpace was installed along the block walls to help limit moisture from entering the basement, while a SaniDry Sedona was added to help control humidity in the space. The project also included replacing the old Bilco door with a brand-new door, giving the basement entrance an updated and more weather-resistant barrier.🌟💪

This Ewing, New Jersey crawl space transformation involved much more than encapsulation! Our team at Quality 1st Basement Systems tackled groundwater seepage, installed our patented StarPipe drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump, and encapsulated the crawl space with drainage matting and CleanSpace v***r barrier. Because prolonged moisture exposure had damaged the main beam and floor joists, our team temporarily supported the home while replacing the compromised wood and installing our patented SmartJack support system. We also added a Turtl crawl space entrance and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help manage moisture in the air.
