We opened up an area roughly 70’x120’ for this customers dream shop to be built! Removing all the stumps, hammering through all the rock in our way and cutting the grade down by 4’ to give them a wide open space with lots of potential!

Huge transformation and a massive amount of material moved in just two quick days! 💪🏼

Things don’t always go as planned but sometimes you need to come up with a quick plan B and make it happen, no excuses!

As we started digging this addition today we quickly learned there was no footing drain installed around the home and boy was there a lot of water trapped under and around this foundation 👎🏼

We had our 2” pump running all day to keep up with the amount of water pouring in to the new dig. With some quick thinking and a nice layer of stone we got it done and ready for the concrete contractors 💪🏼

As if things weren’t already tough enough we had to dig around the customers live electrical service that wasn’t in conduit and running directly through the new addition 🤩 On to the next job!

It may not be the best time of the year to do a drainage project but we made the best of it on these cold days and got it done in time for the customers horses to come home!

Crazy amount of ground water running non stop off the hill until we gave it a place to go. It was so wet and mucky in this area the ground wouldn’t even freeze on the coldest days until we put the drain in 💪🏼

300’ of 6” pipe, 3 loads of stone and 2 loads of bank run gravel have this area dried right up and looking great 🤩
