We recently removed old carpet over two layers of VCT tile from an office space, along with additional flooring in the warehouse. Once the existing flooring was removed, we prepared and polished the concrete to create a clean, durable, professional surface throughout the space.

Another challenging project completed by SureShine Plus at Marysville School.

This floor was covered with an adhesive buildup up to 1/8" thick in some areas that had hardened almost like epoxy. It wasn't something that could simply be scraped or cleaned—it required professional grinding, the right diamond tooling, and patience to completely remove.

Our team successfully removed the hardened adhesive, leaving the concrete properly prepared for the next phase of flooring installation. Clean, flat, and ready for a quality finish.
