We were able to upgrade this homeowners gutters to 6” instead of the standard 5” gutters. Gutter guards were also installed to minimize maintenance.

A beautiful transformation of this house.

Replacing all the fascia, soffit, and gutters on this home. The black roof, paired with black gutters is an amazing look to homes. The soffit utilized, contained a hidden vent that is located within the grooves to minimize the perforation in the face of the soffit giving a beautiful sleek look.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!

What was thought to be just a little project turned into more upon uncovering the roof. The roof didn’t have the adequate ventilation as the previous company installed edge vent on the very bottom, but didn’t baffle up as insulation blocked it. This will cause a roof to prematurely age and dry rot the roof deck. Also a rafter wasn’t replaced and there were no collar ties making that roof frame not as rigid.

The stink pipe was just barely above the roof deck and we extended it to give it the correct height.

We came in and quickly adapted to the circumstances and framed and braced the structure to be rigid like it should be. We installed our certainteed integrity roof system that gives this roof a lifetime warranty installed by a certified contractor.

A repeat customer to finish off fascia, soffit, and gutter replacement. The existing fascia metal didn’t ever tuck behind the drip edge causing extensive water damage to the fascia boards.

All fascia metal is custom bent to fit to the house. The soffit has all hidden vents to give a solid look from the face but also allowing for ventilation for a healthy roof system.

With our fun Michigan weather we’ve had this year, this home owners fascia blew off their house.

We were contacted and consulted with the homeowner, and she directed us that she wanted the entirety of the fascia replaced so it was congruent. We met her demands and exceeded her expectations.

A big one to kick off the year!

A 33 square, 3,300 sf roof surface that was double layer. 6,600 sf of roof material ripped off and replaced in two days! The color on this class III impact shingle is Georgetown gray.

This home owner choose to go with the Certainteed Integrity roof package. Using all certainteed products for their roof. Yes it does have it cost increases to using standard roof material, but the warranty is provides a greater amount of coverage during the lifespan of the roof.
