Another well installed roof replacement! This one had damaged from a storm earlier in the year, and insurance covered the cost of the entire roof replacement! A whole roof replacement essentially for free.

We gave this homeowner a certainteed integrity roof package as well as an extended warranty backed by Certainteed for being a certified installer.

What is an integrity roof system and how does one get an extended warranty you may ask?!
A contractor must be use certainteed ice & water-shield, certainteed synthetic underlayment, certainteed shingles and cap, exhaust accessories, and a correctly ventilated attic space.

A beautiful upgrade to 6” gutters, wicker was the color that matched very nicely with the existing siding and trim metal.

Why 6” gutters? 6” allows for maximum probability that water is captured when running off of the roof. You can span downspouts farther apart as the volume it can hold is greater. It also is a more definitive look to the homes exterior.

Our toughest job to date that we tackled and are buttoning right one up. This home had an existing slate roof that wasn’t cost effective to repair or replace. We tore down all the slate and decked over the existing plank decking and installed Landmark Pros.

A little routine maintenance for this homeowner. They noticed that the boards around their windows were rotting away and the caulk was split. We replaced all rotten wood around the windows and corners of the siding and re-caulked it giving this homeowner peace of mind as they were pleased with the results.

Catching problems early on can prevent from projects turning into bigger projects down the road.

We also replaced a shingle they had free of charge and recaulked nail heads on the exhaust vents to ensure their roof gets a little longer of a lifespan.

A nice beautiful gutter job this weekend! This homeowner was having water problems with their foundation and had no gutters.

Another weekend, another roof installation. The shingle selection was a Certainteed Landmark Burt Sienna.

An attic that had a little mold issue that developed from an improper installation of a bathroom exhaust fan that dispensed into the attic a proper exhaust vent. Baffles were also installed to prevent any blockage of the attic insulation from the soffit vents.

Installing a Certainteed integrity roof system, using all associated Certainteed products from the ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, ridge vent, and the shingles and cap to gives this homeowner a lifetime warranty.
