$50–$100 PER APPOINTMENT
Paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your structure.
High performers are setting 5–15 appointments a day!
10–30% commission opportunities plus volume & performance bonuses.
Company vehicles available for team members.
Team leads get additional lead bonuses.
Gas stipends available for solo setters.
NO climbing roofs required!
The job is simple: talk to homeowners, generate interest, and set qualified appointments.
Want more responsibility? Move into inspections and sales for even higher commissions.
This is W-2 employment + commissions — not “work for free and hope you sell something.”
