Open Positions:
• Irrigation Specialist
• Field Operations Manager / Lead Technician

This is not an entry level position. We are looking for people who can diagnose, repair, and run jobs confidently without constant supervision.

What you must have:
• Strong experience in sprinkler repair and troubleshooting
• Ability to run zones, find issues, and fix them correctly
• Good communication with customers
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, consistent, and ready to work

Lead Tech / Manager Responsibilities:
• Run daily jobs and manage field operations
• Train and lead team members
• Handle estimates, upsells, and customer interactions
• Help grow and improve the company

We are a family owned business, not a large corporation. We take care of the right people and expect a high level of performance in return.

Pay is based on experience and skill. High performers will be compensated accordingly.

May 15th and after (depending on your district)
