This customer called and said he had a hole opening up around his septic tank, when we got there he had multiple quotes for installation of a whole new tank but none of the contractors opened the tank to inspect. we dug down to the lid and found lid was broke allowing the hole to develop and was able to fix this tank with a new replacement lid, the rest of the tank was as good as new and no reason to spend the extra money to replace a whole tank

This customer called and said septic was backed up in the house and he needed an estimate for repair. He stated several companies came out and tried to sell him new drain field, one even tried to sell him new toilets. Once we got there we inspected area around his septic tank and drain field and we felt confident his issue was a lot simpler fix, once we opened his septic tank it was obvious his issue was a simple blockage in the inlet of the tank. We were able to clear this blockage within a few minutes and have his whole house back to flowing without breaking the bank

We did come back and pump his tank the next day because it was due for servicing
