My Customer in Old Saybrook needed this 7 foot Oak Stump removed. I started the grind, 5 feet out from the stumps trunk in order to level out the area to his existing lawn grade.

Sugar Maple 50 inch Stump, 4 feet tall in Old Saybrook. Tim from Tim's Tree Service had removed this Beast 2 days prior. I had to start the removal 10 feet out to remove all the Surface Roots. Customer wanted the chips to repurpose on they're property.

Example of grinding a smaller stump for one of my customers, which had 12-foot extended surface roots. By clearing the smaller roots, my customer can recover a large section of his lawn. The grinding covers an area of approximately 20 feet in diameter. It's not all about large jobs; it's about addressing customers' needs to plant grass. A customer in Chester had two stumps embedded in his stone wall that required removal to facilitate restacking. Remaining chips were to be repurposed to another area of his property.
