MEET THE FAMILY BEHIND FUN IN THE SUN POOLS

Fun in the Sun Pools may be a new name, but our experience in the pool business goes back more than 20 years. I got my start in the pool industry fresh out of college in 2003. Over the years, I built two successful pool companies, stepped away from the business for a while, and eventually realized something, I genuinely missed it.

I missed working with customers. I missed building pools. And I missed helping families turn their backyards into a place they actually look forward to spending their summers.

So, Fun in the Sun Pools was born. This time around, the goal is simple: keep it local, keep it personal, and do business the way we believe it should be done.
We’re not a big corporate pool company. We’re the family you see in this picture. When you support Fun in the Sun, you're supporting a local family right here in the Clinton area.

We specialize in above-ground pool sales and professional installation, liner replacements, and seasonal pool services, with an emphasis on honest pricing, quality work and treating our customers the way we'd want our own family treated.

Some things just can't be copied.

You can match prices. You can buy the same tools. You can even sell the same pools.

But you can't copy a 20+ year passion for the trade, three generations working side by side, or the look on a 6-year-old's face when he gets to help his dad install a pool for his grandpa.

This wasn't just another job, it was a memory we'll talk about for years.

Just wrapped up another pool install, and this old Johnny Weissmuller definitely had a personality. 😂

It showed up with missing parts, a few surprises, and more "creative engineering" from previous owners than we bargained for. It tried its best to test our patience, but we tracked down the replacement parts, installed a brand-new pump and filter system, and got everything buttoned up.

In the end, the pool lost, we won, and another family is ready to make some summer memories. Thanks for trusting Fun in the Sun Pools! ☀️🏊💪

Another one in the books! 💪☀️

Today we made the trip to Cascade, Iowa to install this beautiful 27' x 52" Costa on a cement pad, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The setup looks incredible, but even better than that... the customer loves it.

It was just me and Devin today, sweating it out in the heat, proving that a small crew with experience can get the job done right.

This is officially the farthest we've traveled for an installation, and we're excited to start expanding our install radius. If you're outside the Clinton area, don't be afraid to reach out, we just might be coming your way next.

Another happy customer in Eldridge!

We hit the road at 6:00 AM this morning for what started as a simple pool liner replacement. Once the old liner came out, we found significant washout underneath the pool, so we reset several supports, put the wall back in the track, and made sure everything was solid before installing the new liner. We also replaced the skimmer and return jet while we were there.

The liner pattern the customer chose is absolutely stunning, it's officially my new favorite design! The finished pool looks better than ever, and most importantly, the customer couldn't be happier. At Fun in the Sun Pools, we don't just replace liners, we make sure the job is done right.
