Knight in shining armor!!! We had raw sewage backup from a basement drain flood a portion of our basement and it smelled terrible in the whole house. Hadn’t discovered this mess until after work on a Thursday evening. We started calling people around 8:30pm. We had called rotorooter first since they’re first on the list but they take your information and then you have to wait for them to find a technician to call you. John was already on his way by the time that tech called back. Pricing is extremely fair! I’ve never had to pay for something like this so I don’t know what is average but I certainly expected to pay double what I did. He was very informative, friendly, helpful, did his work quickly and efficiently. He was also extremely careful of any mess. Thank you sooooo much John! Truly a great person and business owner.
