This is a BIG project! 💪

These floors were severely bent and warped due to unhealthy conditions in the crawl space. We’re tackling the problem from the ground up with a complete subfloor removal and replacement, crawl space drop beam replacement, SmartJacks for added support, Helical Piers for permanent foundation stabilization, a Crawl Space Encapsulation, and more.

We’re not just fixing the floors—we’re addressing the underlying issues to help improve the health, stability, and longevity of the home for years to come.

We sealed the cracks in this concrete with NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.

We used the PolyLevel® to inject polyurethane foam underneath the uneven concrete. The foam expands, pushing the concrete to a level position. We sealed the cracks with NexusPro Crack Repair.
