Chester Point Marina is home to massive 12,000 sq ft & 20,000 sq ft storage facilities featuring multiple 42’ hydraulic doors — creating the largest yacht storage on the Connecticut shoreline.

Designed and built by PCM, these impressive pre-engineered metal buildings sit atop hundreds of timber piles and were engineered with advanced pile cap systems following extensive geotechnical analysis 🏗️

Proud to showcase the transformation of Essex Court in beautiful Essex, CT!

This moderate price control housing development underwent extensive renovations to all 29 units, along with a full clubhouse addition and renovation — all completed while the property remained fully occupied.

The project also included the installation of new standby power for the entire development ensuring long-term reliability and comfort for residents.

Owned by the Town of Essex and funded in part by CHFA, this project reflects the power of thoughtful investment in community housing and infrastructure.

Construction is well underway at the Frank DeLuca Hall of Fame Field in Stratford!⚾

This exciting project includes a full renovation of the existing concession building featuring upgrades to the concession stand, restrooms, and umpire locker room.

This week, helical piles are being driven to help stabilize and support the sinking press box, with concrete and steel work coming soon.

Additional improvements include:
✨ New bleacher screens
✨ Refinished bleachers
✨ New stamped pavement
✨ New fencing

PCM, alongside Snyder Architects and the Town of Stratford, is proud to help revamp this historic stadium for the community and future generations! 🙌⚾

Spring is in full bloom, and so is progress in Vernon!

We’re excited to share that paving has officially begun, and the final exterior touches are coming together beautifully. The anticipation is building as Vernon prepares for the grand opening of its brand-new indoor pickleball courts at the Vernon Senior Center! 🏓🎉

This project is all about community, connection, and staying active—and we couldn’t be more proud to be part of it. PCM is incredibly grateful to have partnered with the Town of Vernon to help bring this amazing space to life.

The Whisconier School | Brookfield, CT

Proud to showcase the transformation of this rural campus. The project involved a full exterior masonry demolition along with careful substrate remediation, including asbestos removal—setting the stage for a safe and lasting rebuild.

From there, a brand-new exterior veneer, EFIS, and structural steel elements were installed through a collaborative design-build process working closely with the town’s facilities department.

To top it off, every window opening was upgraded with custom Kalwall systems, bringing in natural light and a fresh modern feel ✨🪟

A true team effort that blends durability, design, and community impact.

Pelletier Construction Management partnered with Connecticut State Colleges & Universities on another exciting project ✨

This time, we helped transform an abandoned manufacturing facility at Tunxis Community College into a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing education space 🏭

Our work included building bathrooms, classrooms, and conference spaces, plus installing new HVAC systems, electrical + data upgrades, a design/build sprinkler system, and more.

We also tackled major exterior renovations—tree removal, sidewalk and step replacements, and a fresh building facelift.

Designed with both purpose and people in mind, it supports the energy of summer concerts 🎶 and the charm of the farmers market🍅, creating a place where everyday moments turn into lasting memories.

From the intricate brick facade 🧱 to the sleek metal roofs, every detail adds character and warmth. Surrounded by a beautiful, open public space, it invites gathering, connection, and celebration—day or night, season after season 💫

A few years back, the Brookfield Library, a cherished historic landmark in rural Brookfield, CT, underwent a transformative restoration. From comprehensive building envelope reconstruction to the installation of beautifully crafted, period-accurate windows by Marvin, every detail was thoughtfully executed.

The project also included extensive demolition and abatement, alongside modern upgrades to MEP systems, access controls, and interior finishes—bringing enhanced performance and functionality to this timeless structure. 🔨📚
