A quarter of a century of Robert Davis getting it done at Birdsong Construction, and we couldn't be more proud! 🎉👏

For 25 years, Robert has been putting in the hours, solving every form of pipe-related problem, and making sure the work gets done right every time. Robert currently serves as a Superintendent in charge of one of our pipe crews, where he brings the kind of experience and jobsite knowledge that only comes from decades of doing the work. He has the kind of grit, determination, and no-nonsense attitude that make him an irreplaceable part of the Birdsong team, and we think that level of dedication deserves to be celebrated!

Robert, thank you for everything you’ve given to Birdsong Construction over the last 25 years. Thank you for your hard work, your leadership, and for continuing to show up and get the job done. Congratulations on 25 years! We appreciate everything you do.

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Charlotte Dinsmore and her 5-year work anniversary with Birdsong Construction! 🎉👏

To describe her as our trusted receptionist would just be wrong. There are some people at Birdsong who have a job description... and then there’s Charlotte. She’s receptionist, payroll, problem-solver, question-answerer, office MVP, and just about everything in between. If Birdsong Construction were a machine, Charlotte would be the WD-40. She keeps the gears turning, the squeaks at bay, and somehow keeps everything organized and running smoothly when things get busy. And we can’t forget one of her most demanding responsibilities: putting up with all 200+ of our guys every single day. We’re not sure how she does it, but she does it exceptionally well.

Charlotte, we appreciate everything you do for Birdsong more than you know. You are an absolutely essential part of this team, and we truly couldn’t function without you. Here’s to 5 years and many more!

From the jobsite to the beach! 🛠➡🌴

Our team traded dirt for sand for a few days at the 2026 AGC of Mississippi Annual Convention held at The Henderson in Destin, Florida! We are always grateful for the opportunity to represent Birdsong and be part of an organization committed to strengthening Mississippi’s construction industry.

Huge thanks again to AGC of Mississippi for another great convention in the books. We can't wait until next year!

For nearly 12 years, RJ has demonstrated what it means to be a dedicated member of the Birdsong Construction team. Throughout his time with us, he has built a reputation as someone who leads by example, takes pride in his work, and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done right. Whether he's helping a coworker learn a new skill or offering encouragement, RJ is always looking for ways to make those around him better. His willingness to teach, support, and invest in others reflects the culture we strive to build at Birdsong Construction.

Today, we are honored to celebrate one of our outstanding superintendents, David Ratcliffe, as he reaches 10 years with Birdsong Construction! 🎉👏

For the past decade, David has served as one of our trusted superintendents, helping lead projects, crews, and jobsites with professionalism and dedication. His knowledge of the industry and his ability to lead others have made him an essential part of our team. While David's experience and work ethic are second to none, it's his character and faith that make the biggest impact. He's always willing to teach, encourage, and help others succeed, and he leads with humility and respect every step of the way.

We often say our people are what make Birdsong Construction special, and David is a perfect example of that. We are incredibly thankful for his dedication over the past 10 years and for the positive influence he continues to have on our company. Happy 10-Year Anniversary, David!
