Direct construction has a job opening for a construction laborer. Previous construction experience is preferred. However, on the Job training is available. Duties including but not limited to setting up and tearing down the job site, cutting of materials, carrying construction materials, tearing out old material, and assisting the carpenters in their daily duties. Just finishing up refinishing the hardwood floors at St. John Lutheran church, Clinton. Big thanks to Advanced Enviromental for the asbestos removal. This project started with removal of the asbestos tile. Once removed we found the original hardwood floors underneath. The congregation voted to restore them, so Direct Construction & Remodeling L.C. moved forward with repairing the damaged areas and restoring the rest of the floors. They turned out beautiful and we are proud to be part of this project.

Last week, we finished up remodeling a front porch! The roof needed new supports. All of the deck joists have been replaced along with all of the decking! Finally, a new hand railing and stairs were built!
