Latest Basement Renovation! This one was for my favorite clients yet;) We raced to get this one done for Mia's grad party, and finished with time to spare to get it all decorated. The look was for a speakeasy type of basement/bar feel. We went will all black walls, doors and trim. Big shout out to my wife, Dawn Foster, who painted all the bar cabinets, and had the inspiration for the project!
She is an amazing designer to add to the list of the many, many other things she excels at! My crew, as always, did a top notch job and I truly appreciate them all!

Latest Kitchen project for Cam and Amber Thompson. We opened up there existing kitchen and took it into the dining room. We also needed to relocate the laundry room, which was behind the kitchen, to the upstairs closet area. That was needed to give us the space for the new layout. Here is before and after. Thank you to Cam and Amber, it was a pleasure working with you both! And shout out to Heidi Farbo Locke, my kitchen designer from ProSource, who always does and amazing job, and all my clients love working with!

Latest exterior project. Total backyard oasis we started from scratch with a blank canvas. We collaborated with a landscape architect to give the project its initial concept and design. Then I worked alongside the clients to bring it to life, helping select all finish materials, bar, bathroom, storage area, fireplace, seat walls, ceiling finish, etc.

The project was a large undertaking, involving several challenging elements to bring the vision to life. But the end result is truly unique and a grand backyard retreat!

It’s been a while since I posted any projects, but here is one in Peters Township we finished last year. It was a nice home that the clients wanted to improve to “age in place”. We added two new porches, front and back. Rustic style complete with solid cedar 8 inch posts and railings, new Hardie board and batten siding, and standing seam metal roof. New stamped concrete walkway and patio with custom gas fire pit to complete the project! We even added awesome motorized drop down screen system to keep bugs out and also helps shade the sun on hot day!

This position is for a lead carpenter or mid level carpenter. It is a Full time, 40 hr/ week, year round position with option for overtime if desired. We are a small and growing company that specializes in high end, custom jobs including additions, kitchens, game-rooms, whole house renovations, decks, flooring, etc. Positive and friendly work environment and work alongside the ownership and other crew members.

The right candidate will have:

-Minimum of 10 years experience in residential remodeling

-Strong work ethic

-Good people skills

-Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license

-Clean and presentable appearance

-Their own tools(Large tools such as tables saw, miter saw and such are provided)

-Experience being a lead on multiple projects

Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

First floor renovation for the Egan’s. We removed to load bearing walls to open their kitchen and living rooms, added a fireplace, new flooring, kitchen and paint. We also opened up their stairs. Amazing family to work with! My crew and I enjoyed every day there!!!
