Another great day of progress on our Fitchburg project! 💪

After removing the old stone wall, our team continues with the preparation and installation of the new retaining wall. Every step is being carefully completed to ensure proper drainage, stability, and a strong, long-lasting finish.

🚧 NEW PROJECT – FITCHBURG, MA 🚧

We’re starting another exciting project and a brand-new transformation! 🏡🧱

For this project, we will be demolishing and removing the existing retaining wall and completely rebuilding the area with a new retaining wall, improving both the appearance and stability of the property.

Once the existing wall is removed, our team will complete the necessary excavation, site preparation, and base installation to create a strong and properly prepared foundation before installing the new blocks.

For this project, we will be using Ideal Fat Face® blocks in Vineyard Blend, providing a beautiful finish while offering the strength and durability needed for a long-lasting retaining wall.

🏡 Part 2 of Our Needham, MA Project

We’re making great progress on this outdoor transformation in Needham, Massachusetts!

During this second phase, we’re working on two separate patio extension areas—one located underneath the deck and another extending the main patio area to create additional usable outdoor space.

The new pavers are being installed along with defined borders to give the patio a clean, finished, and professional appearance. These extensions will help maximize the available space while creating a larger, more comfortable, and functional outdoor area for our clients to enjoy.

There is still more work to be completed, but the project is really starting to take shape. Stay tuned for the finished transformation!

🏡 New Outdoor Living Project Underway in Needham, MA! 🚧

At Monges Landscape & Construction Inc., we are excited to begin another custom outdoor living project that will transform this backyard into a beautiful, functional space for our clients to enjoy for years to come.

This project includes the extension of two patio areas. The first patio extension will be built under the existing deck, maximizing the unused space beneath it, while the second patio extension will be constructed in front of the patio door, creating a larger, more connected outdoor living area that is perfect for entertaining and everyday use.

To complete the design, we will also be installing a custom sitting wall, two decorative pillars, and a beautiful fire pit as the centerpiece of the patio, creating a warm and inviting gathering space for family and friends.

From excavation and site preparation to the final installation, every step of this project will be completed with quality craftsmanship, premium materials, and close attention to detail. We look forward to sharing each phase of the construction process and revealing the finished transformation.
