Griffith Lawn & Landscape is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Lawn Care Technician specializing in professional string trimming and commercial blowing.

If you take pride in doing things the right way and want to learn the art of professional lawn care, this could be the opportunity for you.

No experience required. We will train the right person from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Trained To Do:
• Operate a commercial string trimmer with precision
• Cut grass evenly and level with the mower finish
• Perform detailed edge work around homes, fences, and obstacles
• Operate a commercial backpack blower
• Blow off sidewalks, driveways, curbs, pine straw, leaves, and debris to a clean, professional finish

We don’t just “cut grass” — we create clean, sharp properties that stand out.

What We’re Looking For:
• Someone reliable and on time
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Available when needed (flexible part-time schedule)
• Willing to be trained to perform at a high standard
• Someone who wants to get better and move fast

Pay Structure:

We do not pay hourly. Compensation is performance-based and tied to the number of properties completed each day. The more efficient and skilled you become, the more you earn. A focused, driven worker can make very good money in just a few days of work.
