This job was a little different from the way things normally work the main floor and Basment baths are above one another and the floor joist were being replaced on the main floor by the GC but the bathroom had to be completely torn out, so the basement bathroom had to be finished just enough to where the homeowners could shower so we were contracted to finish the inside of the shower only and it turned out great!!

The home owner had her home built years ago and wanted flat ceilings not textured and when she came to check on the progress the drywalls had textured it. She wanted to move in fast so she stuck with it. She had a roof leak that caused drywall damaged and we were contacted todo the drywall repairs. We then were able to scrape all the old texture off and skim coat the whole ceiling for her and make it how she wanted it!

Our client out of Clio had a leak in her sunroom years ago and the floor damage was undetected. When the leak accrued it caused the floor to rot away under the carpet. We were able to remove all the old carpet and locate the water damage and remove and replace all the damaged sub floor. We then installed and very nice floating  luxury vinyl plank floor in there for her to enjoy!

Complete basement remodel we completed for our clients out of Fenton who had and unfortunate sub pump failure while on vacation.

Were were able to come in and remove alll the damaged pannel walls that’s where removed by the insurance company’s crew and rebuild it to a new modern day drywall basement with paint on the walls. We also added a nice floating floor for the Faimly to enjoy their new space!!

Home owner had four big skylights removed that were leaking into her home she then contacted us to patch and paint the big vaulted ceiling and paint all the walls and several other rooms in her home where we patched a hand full of nail holes!
