WOW!!! 🤩 Mother Nature blessed us with some beautiful weather this week and our Award Winning team took full advantage of it!! 😅

From shingle roof replacements in Mitchellville, Norwalk, Des Moines and Ankeny 🏠 …

To flat roof replacements in Osceola and Waukee 🏢 …

To our newbie Jacob participating in the Clive Chamber of Commerce’s Emerging Leaders Program 🤝…

To Klay and Chris handing out Halloween candy at Legacy Nutrition’s 6th annual Trunk Or Treat in Johnston 👻 🎃

We cannot THANK YOU enough for all of the work! 🥹 We take great pride in protecting the literal roofs over your heads. We know those roofs protect your family, your memories, and everything you’ve worked so hard for. As roofers, there’s no greater honor than being chosen to protect what matters most to families throughout our beautiful community. 🙏

Have a great weekend all and many thanks again. ❤️

With gratitude - Walter Roofing 🐾

We’re closing out the week with another glowing review from one of our amazing clients. Your feedback keeps us going and growing! 🙌 Take a look at what they had to say 👇

Winter weather can turn a small roofing issue into a costly emergency. A professional fall inspection can uncover loose shingles, cracked seals, damaged flashing, and hidden moisture before snow, ice, and freezing temperatures arrive.

Protect your Iowa home and enjoy greater peace of mind this winter. Contact Walter Roofing today to schedule your pre-winter roof inspection.

Another great event hosted by the Clive Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by yours truly 🐾 Huge thanks to everyone who came out, we loved seeing all of the costumes!! 🥰

Reminder: Check your attic for signs of moisture before the first hard freeze, which usually reaches Iowa and Nebraska in mid-to-late October. Look for damp or matted insulation, rust on nail tips, dark staining on the underside of the deck, and frost on exposed nails. All four mean trapped humidity.

Our Award Winning team power cleaned the membrane, addressed details like reinforcing corners and replacing the drains, and then coated this flat roof providing superior leak protection for a fraction of the cost of a full roof replacement. 🤝
