We’ve been working through selections for a custom home that will be built on a beautiful rural property, and we are loving the direction these clients are taking!

Rich, warm wood tones paired with layered grays, natural stone, and subtle touches of warmth create a look that feels inviting, timeless, and perfectly suited for country living.

The mix of textures will add so much character while still keeping the overall design cohesive and elevated.

One of our favorite parts of building a custom home is helping our clients pull all of these individual pieces together to create a home that truly feels like theirs.

🏡🚜 A Big Day in Grimes! 🚜🏡

There’s nothing quite like Dig Day—the day a family's dream officially starts becoming reality!
This week, we had the privilege of breaking ground on a beautiful custom home in Grimes. The future homeowners stopped by to check out the progress, and the kids got an experience they won't soon forget... taking a turn operating the excavator! 😄

This build is especially meaningful because it's happening in our own community. We are excited to help bring this family's vision to life and look forward to welcoming them as neighbors in the near future.

Our realtors, Katie Fliehler & Malinda Garner REMAX Precision have guided our clients through the planning process making this a smooth and fun process! We want to thank Dustin Kupka and Allison Kupka, the buyers' agents, for their partnership and collaboration in making this exciting build possible.
