There’s nothing quite like Dig Day—the day a family's dream officially starts becoming reality!
This week, we had the privilege of breaking ground on a beautiful custom home in Grimes. The future homeowners stopped by to check out the progress, and the kids got an experience they won't soon forget... taking a turn operating the excavator! 😄

This build is especially meaningful because it's happening in our own community. We are excited to help bring this family's vision to life and look forward to welcoming them as neighbors in the near future.

Our realtors, Katie Fliehler & Malinda Garner REMAX Precision have guided our clients through the planning process making this a smooth and fun process! We want to thank Dustin Kupka and Allison Kupka, the buyers' agents, for their partnership and collaboration in making this exciting build possible.

Cabinets going in, details coming together, and all those selections finally taking shape—it’s such a fun phase to watch! This CCS custom home is quickly turning from plans into reality, and we couldn’t be more excited.
