✨ Another beautiful custom bathroom completed✨

We recently had the pleasure of teaming up with Home Investment Solutions on this stunning bathroom remodel. These fixtures were imported from the United Kingdom, so they required a completely different sizing standard than what we’re used to here in the States. It definitely challenged us, but at Helms Plumbing & Services, we believe in adapting and overcoming whatever comes our way.

No matter the project, we’re committed to finding solutions and delivering quality workmanship that brings our customers’ visions to life.

Customer called for hot water issues and we were happy to help!

We removed two 40-gallon electric water heaters from this 3-bathroom home and upgraded the customer to a Rinnai RXP 199 Tankless Water Heater with a dedicated recirculation line.

Not only did this give them indefinite hot water, but we were also able to free up an entire room in the home where the old heaters were located.

Now they get hot water to the furthest fixture in less than a minute 🔥

Before ➡️ After | Saturday Emergency Call

This sweet customer was in a tough spot this weekend. Their well system was in pretty rough shape and not functioning the way it should. 💧

We got out there Saturday and completely updated the system:

✔️ New well pump
✔️ New wiring
✔️ New pressure tank
✔️ New filter

Safe, clean, and running like it should again!

We’re so thankful for customers who trust us in stressful situations. Weekends, emergencies, last-minute calls — we do our best to show up when you need us.

We just wanted to check in and make sure everyone made it through the storm safe and warm. These cold temps can be rough, and we’ve already gotten a few calls this morning for frozen pipes and no hot water.
