Elite Private Landscape was proud to lead a landscape renovation project during the 2026 Central California Design Build Competition at the Caruthers Fairgrounds in Caruthers, CA.
Over three days, we worked with 20+ students from Alice M. Worsley, Caruthers, Kerman, and Juvenile Hall, giving them hands-on experience in real landscape construction. From grading and irrigation to planting, mulch, and bench installation, students were able to be part of a project from start to finish.
This project took place alongside the construction competition, giving students a unique opportunity to experience another side of the industry in real time.

At Elite, we believe in investing in the future of younger generations. Each year, we proudly award scholarships through the State Center Community College Foundation to support students in their educational journey. This year, Elite awarded 10 scholarships to students from the State Center Community College District — including Fresno City College, Reedley College, Clovis Community College, and Madera Community College with its Oakhurst Center — for the 2025–2026 school year.

We hope these scholarships not only provide financial support but also inspire and empower students to pursue their goals, overcome challenges, and achieve their dreams. Investing in education is investing in the future, and we’re honored to help these talented students reach their full potential.

Elite was glad to participate in Duncan Poly High School’s Career & Job Fair. Engaging with students at events like this is an important way for us to support workforce development, introduce the next generation to our industry, and share the career opportunities available at Elite.
