The owner of the local Undercroft Games Board Game Café at 25 Columbia St. Clyde NY, reached out to us to do a list of electrical jobs.

- We installed multiple receptacles throughout the kitchen / food prep area.

- Installed dedicated receptacles for lighting, controlled by a switch in the back section of the kitchen area.

- Rerouted circuit for receptacles in the rear private game room after cutting out a new doorway through the wall. We also installed a new receptacle on this circuit for ambient lighting.

- Installed a combination single pole light switch with indicator pilot light for rear private game room in kitchen area.

- Installed GFCI receptacle in rear covered porch / exit area.

- Installed a new dedicated receptacle behind the front counter to operate a coffee maker.

- Installed three Baseboard Heaters throughout the Café, one in the kitchen / food prep area, one in the public restroom, and one larger baseboard heater in the front Café area below the front counter.

- Replaced the dusk to dawn light on the rear of the building.

We also replaced the electric hot water heater elements for the upstairs apartments (not pictured).

This customer wanted us to install 2 new circuits in one of their apartments designated for a small laundry area to run small apartment washer and dryer appliances both rated for 20amps. They also wanted a light installed at the bottom of the stairs in the entryway to the apartments for safer entry.

This was a fun one. This returning customer wanted us to replace an old worn out ceiling fan in a bedroom with a drop ceiling, with an updated fan with lights. This was a first for me using this T clamp drop ceiling support electrical box rated for ceiling fans and it works great!

This customer was selling this property and needed a few receptacles and an outdoor light replaced or updated to satisfy the buyers Home Inspector and bring things up to Code. We made quick work of this job and everyone was satisfied.

- We re-ran a new 14/2 gauge wire for a kitchen GFCI receptacle circuit.

- Updated 2 standard receptacles with GFCI receptacles in the kitchen over the countertop by the sink.

- Updated a standard receptacle to a GFCI receptacle in the unfinished basement supplying the washing machine.

- Update a standard receptacle to a GFCI receptacle out in the garage.

- Replaced a broken receptacle in a backroom.

- Replaced a broken exterior light fixture.

- Updated a standard receptacle on the front porch to a GFCI receptacle with a weatherproof cover.

This returning customer was doing a remodel of their kitchen and had a nice list of work for us. They wanted us to:

- Install new receptacles all around their new countertops.
- Install new task lighting over the new countertop.
- Replace an old light fixture in the kitchen.
- Replace an old non-working outside flood light with a new LED security light.
- Install a hardwired Smoke Detector in hallway by bedrooms.
- Run new circuit and wire in a hardwired Dishwasher.
- Install a Garbage Disposal (Not pictured).

All work was done over a period of time.

Leaking, worn out, or just plain old faucets you'd like to have replaced in the kitchen or bathroom but you don't have the knowledge, the tools, or the time to replace them. Reach out to us and we can help!

We updated these faucets for a customer who wanted a faucet with the hot and cold separated in the bathroom and a gooseneck faucet with a working sprayer in the kitchen.
