We have been working on a home along side with the homeowners.
We feel their frustration and pain dealing with everything they are going through.
For privacy purposes I will not disclose names of homeowners, but when dealing with an insurance company, we, just like the homeowners, like transparency, not run around.
We all did our share with submitting forms etc. and had to fight to get funds released, now that only covered the basic materials, not everything in whole.
As the business side waiting on yet the rest of funds to pay the helpers and cover our costs, it's very upsetting to think that with what you pay in you should be able to get back.
After helping them fight another round and so forth they got a partial release.
These poor people have been living with an ALE to stay at a hotel.
And I know a lot maybe reading this and thinking , should have pulled out blah blah.
No why would we? It's not their fault, and that's not who we are. We all know checks will be cut to cover, but damn never in my life have I seen some ignorant companies play so dirty.
We definitely know now not to enlist All State for insurance or use Rocket Mortgage.
It's a wonder why our cats and dogs don't drink yet.
