Hourly Rate Structure

- Normal‑Sized Yards — $160/per visit

- Medium to Large Yards — $200/per visit

- Large Acreage Properties — $250–$300/per visit

- All Other Sized Yards
Will be estimated to determine pricing

🌱 Optional Add‑On Services

These services are billed separately from mowing.

Weed‑Whacking / Trimming
$60 per hour

Blowing / Cleanup
$40 per hour

Weekly or Biweekly!

> Payment is due the same day the service is completed.

> We accept debit/credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, cash, or check.

> Mowing is billed by property size, and add‑on services like trimming or blowing are billed separately.

Service Notes
- Client must provide a working mower and fuel

- Pricing is based on time and property size

- Reliable weekly or bi‑weekly scheduling available

Well seems like we hit the jackpot, 3 big jobs are coming in hotter than the last day or 2.
1 is a nice restoration, 2 bathrooms coming in, 1 is removal of old drywall and and tile coming into a updated remodel. The other is a restructuring of joists and subfloors etc.
Busy busy busy, plus owner provided mowers, zero turns etc, 2 big yards at different properties to keep us going for the summer once a week to boot.

With gas prices rising again in our area, we’ve made a small adjustment to our travel rates to keep things fair and transparent.

Updated Travel Rates:
• $45 Trip Charge
• $0.90–$1.00 per mile (round‑trip)

This helps us cover fuel and travel time while continuing to provide dependable, high‑quality work for every job.

Along with estimate for a big repair, renovation project.
It's a wait and see if bid goes through with insurance company that's paying.
