Church in reading pa. 5 buildings got new roofs. Throughout the project a lot of rotted wood was replaced with new shingles and rubber roofing. Over 250 sq of roofing was installed along with 305 LFT of half round gutter.

Saint John’s united church of Christ in lehighton pa. Old copper gutters had pins holes and were leaking. We removed the old shingles. Fixed the bottom 16” with 1/2 zip board, water & ice shield bottom 6ft. Custom made 6” gutter was installed. Looks like it was never touched.

Roof had 3” of ponding water. Roof rafters broken. Jacked the roof up replaced and doubled up rathers. Installed double layer of 1/2 osb. 4”iso with 060 mil tpo installed. While we stopped all the leaks ins the building.found out the siding walls were rotted also. Building owner wanted it fixed right with a garage door access on the side. Reframed the walls and insulated them.

Original siding installed in 1969. Almost every window leaked and had to have wood replacement. Fixed windows and installed 1/2 installation with certinteed Double 4 siding. Front porch needed a new roof, upon removal noticed rafters broken/rotted. Removed framing to expose 3/4 T&G decking and corners are gone. Decided to pour a concrete deck, install vinyl post and railings, reframed porch roof, epdm roof installed. Keeping maintenance down for the nuns at the convent.
