**We're Growing — Accounts Payable Specialist**

Flare Construction, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Administrative team in Coalville, UT. This isn't just a numbers role; it's a stepping stone to leadership.

We're looking for a motivated professional with a strong foundation in finance or accounting and the drive to grow into a supervisory position.

**What You'll Do**

- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, from invoice entry to payment ex*****on
- Perform 3-way matching, vendor reconciliation, and month-end close support
- Maintain audit-ready records and uphold internal controls
- Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and keep things moving

**What We're Looking For**

- Leadership experience and a clear desire to advance
- Background in finance, accounting, or business administration
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
- AP experience preferred
