Remember to have your gutters cleaned when the leaves are down. Leaves stop up the gutters making water flow behind the gutter. This can cause major water damage to your house.

Well I am glad to be through that heat wave. Heat is hard on shingles. Call me and I can take a look at your roof. Heat expands and cracks shingles. If you have leaks I can often fix them for less than the cost of a new roof.
