We were originally called out to repair ceiling damage in a first-floor bedroom caused by a leak from the upstairs bathroom. After assessing the space, the client chose to improve both functionality and comfort by relocating the toilet fl**ge — and we made it happen.

We wrapped up the project with new tile, fresh paint, and a modern light fixture.

🏡 Fresh Exterior Paint Job Complete!

We gave this home a much-needed refresh by pressure washing, scraping and sanding loose paint, and properly prepping all surfaces before painting. The project included the fascia, soffits, window trim, doors, gutters, and porch ceilings.

A good paint job starts with good prep, and we’re proud of how this one turned out!

A continuation of a project we took over for an out-of-state investor after their previous contractor disappeared with their money. Since stepping in, we’ve continued pushing the project forward, keeping the client updated and making sure the work is being handled the right way.

We’ve got flooring installation underway, wrapped up deck staining, started lattice installation, exterior and interior doors and built a new set of steps for the side entrance. Progress is coming together little by little

Another project coming up — we’re off to a rough start but looking forward to getting this one knocked out!

We’re stepping in to help an out-of-state investor after their previous contractor took payment and left the job unfinished. Unfortunately, it happens more often than it should… but that’s where we come in.
