We are hiring! We are looking for a Wireline Supervisor/Operator to run our Wireline truck for our P&A operations. Must have experience with:

- Must have experience running CBL/CCL logs
- Running Calipers
- Cutting and shooting pipe
- Indepth knowledge of wireline operations
- Experience rebuilding tools and reheading line
- Must have blaster license
- Must be able to pass background check and obtain Employee Possessor cert.
- Must have atleast Class B CDL license
- Previous wireline sales experience preferred.

📍 Location: Wood County, Ohio
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8–10 hours daily

CSR Services, LLC is a leading provider of turnkey well plugging services, specializing in orphan well plugging across PA, OH, and WV. We are looking for a Field Superintendent to oversee and coordinate daily operations in the field for our Federal CMR Plugging Project.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise 1–4+ field crews on well plugging projects

Serve as the liaison between field crews, CSR management, and ODNR

Provide clear answers to operational questions and guide crews as needed

Ensure all work follows the Scope of Work (SOW) safely and efficiently

Prepare and submit daily operations reports

Interact with landowners when necessary

✅ Qualifications:

5+ years of field experience in well plugging (orphan well experience strongly preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple crews and complex projects under tight timelines

Our crews work hard every day, and our work matters. Especially to landowners with orphan wells!

There was a circle in Maria Burns' yard where grass wouldn't grow and trees died. She knew what it was: An old natural gas well, plugged when she was a little girl, starting to leak again.
